Why work with me
Most small-business websites start from a ready-made theme and a dozen plugins. Six months later they load slowly, break with every update and look like a thousand others. The problem isn't you — a template is made to do everything for everyone, so it does nothing particularly well for anyone.
Your own code, not a template
Every line is written for your project. No dozen plugins loading features your website will never use.
You own everything
The code, design, domain and logins are yours from the day of handover. If you decide to move on to someone else, I won't hold you hostage.
Talk directly to the developer
No account manager passing messages along. The person writing your website is the person you discuss every change with — in English or Bulgarian.
Terms almost nobody else offers
Behind Instant Solutions there's one developer — no office and no middlemen. That lets me take on the risk that usually lands on the client.
Pay after the work is done
I don't ask for a deposit for the work. You pay once the website is finished and you've approved it. If you'd rather pay part upfront, I accept around 30% — your choice, not my condition.
Upfront — only the costs
Only the domain, hosting and licences are paid upfront, if the project needs them. For smaller custom projects, hosting often comes out free.
6 months of support, then as agreed
For half a year after handover I fix problems and make small changes without an invoice. After that I carry on as agreed — including for WordPress sites I didn't build.
You see the project before it's finished
I show you the design and the working features as we go, and adjust based on your feedback — not after the finish line.
I tell you when I don't know something
If a project needs a technology I haven't worked with, I'll look into it and give you a clear answer — I can, or I wouldn't take it on. Better a “no” at the start than a problem at the end.
No false promises
I don't promise first place on Google within a month. The timeline goes into the contract, and if I'm late through my own fault, I compensate instead of making excuses.
Prices start from €300. Three packages with a clear starting price — from a business website to an online store. If you need something in between, we agree the price. You get the exact price in writing, with no obligation.
