1. Who processes your data
The data controller is Instant Solutions EOOD (Инстант Сълюшънс ЕООД), company ID (UIC) 207795090, with its registered office at 11 Gancho Karamazhdrakov St., floor 3, Ruse, Bulgaria. For anything related to your data, email info@instant-solutions.eu or call +359 87 98 66 113.
2. What data I collect
- From the contact forms: your name, email, phone (optional), the type of project, the text of your message and which language version of the website you used.
- When you write or call me directly: the data you choose to share by email, phone, WhatsApp or Viber.
- Visitor statistics: only if you agree in the cookie banner — through Google Analytics (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location).
- Technical data: the hosting provider records IP addresses and requests to the website in server logs, so the site can work and stay secure.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote — steps taken before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For visitor statistics — only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, Google Analytics doesn't set any cookies.
- For the security and normal operation of the website — legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
I don't sell data, I don't use it for advertising and I don't send marketing messages.
4. Who else sees the data
I use a few external services that process data on my behalf:
- EmailJS — delivers the message from the form to my inbox;
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where enquiries arrive;
- Google Analytics — statistics, only with your consent;
- Google PageSpeed Insights — only if you use the speed test; it receives nothing but the website address you enter;
- the website's hosting provider — server logs.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In those cases the transfer is based on the mechanisms provided by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
5. How long I keep the data
I keep enquiries up to 12 months after our last correspondence, unless we sign a contract — then the data is kept for as long as the contract and the law require (for example, accounting legislation). Statistics in Google Analytics are kept according to that service's settings.
6. Cookies
The website uses statistics cookies only after you agree in the banner. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this website's data in your browser — the banner will then appear again.
7. Your rights
At any time you can ask for:
- access to the data I hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate data;
- erasure (the “right to be forgotten”);
- restriction of processing, or to object to it;
- your data in a portable format;
- withdrawal of any consent you've given.
Email me at info@instant-solutions.eu and I'll reply within one month. If you believe your rights have been breached, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) — www.cpdp.bg — or with the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
8. Changes to this policy
If I change the way I process data, I'll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Get in touch.
